I am a nationally board certified, New York State licensed acupuncturist and Chinese medicine practitioner with 9 years of clinical practice, and a certified Qi Gong teacher with Lotus Nei Gong, trained under the tutelage of Damo Mitchell.

In my acupuncture and Chinese medicine practice, I practice an integrative approach to medicine to help resolve both acute and chronic issues of the body, mind, and spirit, and to put your health back in your hands.

I have studied many traditions and styles of acupuncture, and I incorporate all of them as necessary to help you to achieve the results you are seeking. Among the many modalities I employ besides acupuncture, here are some of the ones I utilize most frequently:

Chinese Herbal Medicine: Along with acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine is one of the central pillars of traditional Chinese medicine, and it excellences in both nuance and potency in addressing many of the most challenging and complex health conditions prevalent today.
Medical Qi Gong: I utilize this method of energy-work frequently in concert with acupuncture, for treating both pain and internal medical conditions.

Rehabilitative Movement: This involves teaching exercises customized for you based on movement assessments, to correct physical imbalances and stay out of pain.

Tui Na: I also use both traditional Tui Na (Chinese medical massage), and Zang Fu Tui Na (medical organ massage) to assist treatment when necessary.

I received my Master’s of Science in Acupuncture with honors at Tri-State College of Acupuncture in New York City, and my undergraduate degree in Comparative Religion from the Macaulay Honors College, at the City University of New York. I am also an ordained interfaith minister, through the One Spirit Interfaith Seminary, and trained as a Spiritual Director through the organization Still Harbor, where I was trained to help address the spiritual challenges of people from diverse spiritual traditions, including those who do not subscribe to any particular path.

In my private life, I am a practitioner of the Daoist internal arts and Tibetan Buddhist and Bön spiritual traditions.

My aim, through the various modalities I provide, is to support people with their unfolding.

I do this through my in-person Chinese medicine & acupuncture sessions; virtual Chinese medicine therapeutic support and coaching services; as well as through teaching Nei Gong and Qi Gong.

Feel free to contact me to discuss what services might best meet your needs.
